Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize the airline’s route network and flight schedules.

Analyze demand, load factor, and route performance to support network decisions.

Plan aircraft utilization and coordinate schedules with Operations, Revenue Management, and Crew Planning teams.

Support new route evaluation, including basic business case and profitability analysis.

Ensure schedules comply with operational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Higher education (aviation, economics, transport, finance or related).

3+ years of experience in Network Planning / Scheduling within an airline.

Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel required.

Experience with airline planning systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Navitaire, AIMS, etc.) is an advantage.

Good understanding of airline economics and scheduling principles.

English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
