Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Own and develop the airline's direct digital channels: website, mobile application, and online booking engine
Manage GDS connectivity (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) and NDC/API integrations with OTAs, aggregators, and corporate booking tools
Ensure uptime, stability, and performance of online booking and payment processing systems; coordinate with IT on incident resolution and system upgrades
Oversee payment gateway management, fraud prevention tools, and PCI DSS compliance
Implement and iterate e-commerce tools to improve the end-to-end passenger booking journey
Lead UX/UI enhancement initiatives in collaboration with product and design teams; conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Analyze customer behavior using web analytics platforms (GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) and translate insights into actionable improvements
Monitor and optimize funnel performance: traffic → search → booking → payment conversion
Requirements
Higher education in Information Technology, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital sales, e-commerce management, or online channel development
Practical knowledge of GDS systems (Ameliya, Sabre, or Travelport) and API/NDC connectivity principles
Proficiency with web analytics tools: GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or equivalent
Experience with CMS platforms and CRM systems
Understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization
Familiarity with online payment systems, PSPs, and payment security standards
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher — required for vendor communication and technical documentation
