Key Responsibilities

Organize and supervise ground handling operations for passengers, baggage, cargo, and aircraft.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, aviation regulations, and safety standards.

Manage shift staff, prepare duty rosters, and allocate responsibilities.

Monitor flight operations, delays, and irregularities; implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with airports, service providers, and internal departments.

Handle passenger issues and prepare operational reports.

Requirements

Higher education.

Minimum 3 years of total work experience, including at least 2 years in ground handling or related fields.

Strong knowledge of ICAO, IATA, and national aviation regulations.

Experience in team supervision and operational coordination.

Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian; English (Intermediate or higher).

Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
