Job Description
Responsibilities:
Organize and oversee the provision of passenger services during flight delays and cancellations in accordance with the Air Passenger, Baggage and Cargo Transportation Rules
Liaise with airports and ground handling companies during irregular operations; participate in negotiations to conclude service contracts
Source and coordinate providers of meal, accommodation, and transfer services for passengers on flights with changed status
Organize and manage the lost baggage tracing process
Monitor and ensure compliance with IATA standards and RK legislation requirements in the area of passenger handling
Coordinate staff training plans to improve service quality and delivery standards
Organize and oversee ancillary service upselling and ticket sales at check-in
Prepare Payment Authorisation Sheets (PAS) and submit monthly reports on service and upsell sales
Monitor the efficient and rational use of company resources during passenger handling operations
Requirements:
Higher education
Minimum 3 years of total work experience; minimum 3 years in a relevant professional field
Knowledge of ICAO documents, RK civil aviation regulations, and IATA standards
Knowledge of Air Passenger, Baggage and Cargo Transportation Rules
Personnel management and flight handling coordination skills
Dangerous goods recognition skills (marking and labeling)
Knowledge of aviation security measures and unlawful interference prevention procedures
Kazakh and Russian — fluent; English — Intermediate level or higher
