Responsibilities:

10 years of experience in line maintenance.

Defines and implements the training strategy for the Maintenance and Engineering department.

Ensures training system coordination and alignment with operational requirements.

Ensures training aligns with the national training ecosystem and coordinates with other organizations for optimal outcomes.

Qualification Requirements:

Higher education in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, or a related technical field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in line maintenance, with at least 3 years in training or management roles.

Knowledge of local and international aviation training standards (e.g., EASA, ICAO, CAA Kazakhstan).

Experience in developing and implementing training programs for engineering and maintenance personnel.
