Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating contracts, addenda, and other legal documents.
Conducting formal business correspondence with government authorities, counterparties, and internal departments.
Participating in claims and litigation work, including preparing claims, responses, procedural documents, and collecting evidence.
Attending court hearings (practical experience is highly desirable).
Preparing legal opinions, memos, and analytical notes on various legal matters.
Supporting internal corporate processes within the competence of the Legal Department.
Requirements:
Higher legal education (Law degree).
1–3 years of legal work experience.
Strong skills in handling legal documentation.
Proficiency in formal written communication.
Experience in litigation support and claims management.
English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate / Intermediate level or higher (ability to read and understand contracts and correspondence).
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage large volumes of information.
