Requirements:

• Higher education;

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience;

• Knowledge of the legislation and regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of occupational health and safety, labor protection, fire safety, and environmental protection;

• Knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) principles;

• Experience in occupational accident and incident investigation.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and monitoring of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) measures;

• Workplace certification and risk assessment;

• Interaction with state supervisory authorities and preparation of mandatory reports;

• Organization and control of alcohol and drug testing;

• Provision and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);

• Conducting OHS, safety, and fire safety briefings and trainings;

• Organization of inspections, audits, and emergency response drills;

• Organization and control of medical examinations and staff training;

• Environmental compliance monitoring;

• Maintenance of HS documentation and first aid equipment;

• Organization of evacuation drills and emergency response exercises.
