Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and continuously improve the ground handling standards compliance program in line with national regulations, ICAO and IATA (IOSA) requirements.

Plan and conduct internal and external audits of ground handling operations, including audits of ground handling service providers, in line with the annual audit program.

Prepare audit reports and corrective action plans; track findings through to closure and verify effective implementation of corrective actions.

Support preparation for external audits, including IOSA.

Monitor day-to-day ground handling activities for compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements; identify and report non-conformities.

Participate in investigations of incidents and occurrences related to ground handling operations.

Liaise with operational departments, flight safety, and ground handling service providers to ensure effective implementation of procedures and corrective actions.

Maintain audit and compliance documentation/database; track regulatory changes affecting ground handling and coordinate their implementation.

Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for management on the effectiveness of ground handling compliance controls.

Requirements:

Higher education.

Minimum 3 years of experience in civil aviation, including experience in ground handling operations or as an auditor in a civil aviation organization.

Certified internal auditor (QMS or aviation auditor); certificate in quality management systems.

Certificate of completion of a Ground Handling course.

IOSA internal auditor certificate — an advantage.

Knowledge of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices, IATA standards (AHM, IGOM, DGR), ISO 9001, and audit methodology (IATA, ISO 19011).

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prepare clear audit reports and recommendations.

English - Intermediate level or higher.
