Job Description

Responsibilities:

Process and register parts and consumables orders submitted by engineers for aircraft maintenance needs

Update the logistics department‘s supplier and contract tracking register, incorporating new agreements from the Procurement Department and monitoring outstanding balances

Manage day-to-day correspondence with suppliers, ensuring timely and professional communication

Coordinate with the Procurement, Accounting, and Legal departments to obtain documentation required for customs clearance (contracts, powers of attorney, UNC reference numbers)

Prepare and process internal documentation in accordance with company procedures

Maintain accurate and organized records of all documentation related to suppliers of goods and services

Requirements:

Bachelor‘s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field is preferred

Minimum of 2 years of overall professional experience

At least 1 year of experience in a logistics, supply chain, procurement, or related function

Working proficiency in English (Intermediate level or above)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple supplier relationships and documentation workflows simultaneously
