Job Description

Responsibilities:

Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, Maintenance Staff and Ground Operations Staff Records Management:

  • Creating, maintaining, updating, storing, and archiving pilots’, cabin crew members’, maintenance staff, and Ground Operations staff personal and training files (paper and electronic).
  • Ensuring confidentiality and controlled access to records.

Training & Documentation Control:

  • Collecting, verifying, and uploading training certificates, licenses, and medical documents into SharePoint and AIMS.
  • Tracking training and document expiries and notifying relevant departments.

Regulatory Documentation Processing:

  • Preparing and submitting documents to AAK for:
  • English Language Proficiency endorsements.
  • Qualification renewals (simulator checks, endorsements).
  • Validation of foreign licenses (including TRI/TRE).
  • ATPL (A) issuance support.

System Administration (AIMS):

  • Maintaining up-to-date records of all flight and cabin crew qualifications, licenses, and medical certificates.
  • Displaying planned events, flights, and business trips in the system.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Liaising with AAK, Crew Planning, Crew Control, and internal departments regarding documentation and qualifications.

Archiving & Reporting:

  • Scanning, archiving, and digitizing documents.
  • Providing documentation to management upon authorized request.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of work experience.
  • 1 year of work experience in civil aviation.
