Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s Public Relations and Communication Plan
Shape and maintain a positive corporate image through strategic PR initiatives
Manage media relations and provide communication support for leadership
Oversee crisis communication and coordinate cross-departmental responses
Monitor public sentiment and evaluate PR effectiveness
Supervise the PR team and represent the company in public and media interactions
Requirements:
Higher professional education in journalism, public relations, communications and media, marketing, or management.
At least 5 years of total work experience, including:
5 years in public relations and/or marketing/advertising and/or press office/media,
3 years in a managerial position.
Competencies and Skills:
Knowledge of public relations, SMM, sociology, psychology, marketing, and management fundamentals.
Understanding of methods for analyzing, planning, and forecasting information processes and mass communication.
Knowledge of organizing and preparing press releases, media briefings, press conferences, forums, and PR campaigns.
Strong negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing.
Experience in online reputation management and digital brand promotion.
Ability to use internal and external communication channels effectively.
Knowledge of methods for evaluating PR effectiveness and motivating performance in communications.
Understanding of crisis communications and media market trends.
Fluency in Kazakh and Russian, preferably English at Upper Intermediate level.
